MAJIC Solutions ships all packages via USPS. Standard (1st Class) and Expedited (Priority or Express Overnight) options are available. For International orders, final transit and delivery is executed by your country's postal system after customs clearance.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. If this is the case you will be notified at checkout.
Our Shipping and Fulfillment Facility is open for business, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm PDT/PST. (Except Holidays and Weekends)
For all international orders you the customer, takes full responsibility if the package is lost during transit. Any lost in transit claims against the shipper must be filed by the customer. Please remember that once a package leaves our facility, we no longer have control of the item. However, we will try our best to assist all of our customers in locating their package if it is ever lost during transit.
Since international laws are continuously changing we can not keep up with what is legal to sell to our customers in other countries. It is up to the customer to be aware of their laws regarding ordering the products we sell and any restrictions that may apply. If items are confiscated by customs or the shipping carrier, we will not be held responsible for the confiscation of such items and no refunds are given for this reason. It is always the responsibility of the customer to only order what is allowed for you to receive. Certain items can not be shipped internationally. Any request by customers to alter their international customs invoices from actual content will not be honored. All items shipped internationally must be declared.
PROCESSING AND TRANSIT TIME-
All orders are generally processed and packaged for shipment within 1 business day from the date you place your order. We attempt to ship orders received early enough M-F on the same business day, but if your order misses that days cutoff, it will be picked up by USPS the following business day. This is regardless of the shipping option you choose.
Domestic orders can take 1 to 7 business days to reach their intended destination and can be delayed due to weather or other factors that we, MAJIC Solutions CAN NOT control. International orders can take on average 5 to 20 business days to reach its intended destination for priority international options. All other international shipping options have a 10 to 45 day time frame and can be delayed due to customs holds within your country. Lost or damaged claims can generally not be filed for International shipments. All information regarding International USPS claims can be found on their web site.
